If your item(s) arrived damaged, please contact me at  within 24 hours so that I can report it to USPS. I will refund you or, if possible, replace the item.

I hope that your pottery is everything you expected and that you love it.  Every single piece I make is unique in its form, size and design.  I do my best to provide a realistic presentation of each item on my website so you know what you are purchasing.  But, of course, I can't account for how something feels in your hands or looks in your home. 

While I can't provide refunds for anything other than breakage due to shipping, I am always happy to work with customers to find a solution. So please always contact me directly @
