Inspired by the lotus flower of Vietnam, this collection reflects a quiet sense of beauty, resilience, and renewal. Rising gently from still, muddy waters, the lotus has long been a symbol of purity and transformation—an idea that guided both the form and surface of each piece.

I first visited Vietnam in 1992, when the country was still healing and many people were facing daily challenges. Returning more than thirty years later, I was deeply moved by the strength, warmth, and vibrancy of the culture I encountered. That experience stayed and found its way into this work.
